Our professional practice with families is rooted in the integrated Model of Pro-Social Practice developed by Chris Trotter, which is based on extensive work with families and diverse client groups. This model emphasizes Role Clarification, Pro-social Modelling and Reinforcement, Problem Solving, and Building Relationships, all backed by research findings and aligned with various theoretical perspectives.
The supportive training model we employ is facilitative, utilizing small and manageable blocks of learning centered around practical activities, demonstrations, and role-play. We also enhance the learning experience with resources such as books, games, videos, sequencing, and physical materials.
